Helped with running the fraternity on campus and making sure we met all the requirements set by the school. Managed a recruitment program and budget of over $1,000 designed to attract potential new members and educate them on the benefits of Sigma Alpha Epsilon membership at Gettysburg College. Coordinated the execution of 5+ events and follow-up activities, ultimately resulting in securing 20 new members while overcoming unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
