I am currently working as a Revenue Cycle Analyst at New York Presbyterian Hospital. I am on the patient case management team. Supporting my teammates and taking on new projects when possible has been fulfilling. For example, I analyze financial data, review patient accounts, utilize EPIC’s many features, process claims, and work alongside NYP management as well as vendors. I love working in healthcare finance and delivering excellent service. This role allows me to operate behind the scenes of a field which is pertinent to many people's lives.In the past, I co-founded a startup and also worked as a technology consultant performing internal audits at Protiviti. I have a strong academic background in business analytics, MIS, and finance, with an MBA and a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University's School of Management. I also have received certifications in AI, global sports management, insurance, and pandas. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am an avid learner and a problem solver.
