Current• Manage ITSM support queue, oversee end-user hardware life cycles, and provide technical guidance, education, and smooth resolution of user requests.• Maintain local and SaaS applications, ensure accurate IT asset and application data, and support ISO/ISAE reporting. Provide IT orientation for new users and provision assets for incoming hires.• Liaise with office users, local management, and vendors to ensure seamless technology services and identify improvement opportunities.• Support IT infrastructure for office projects, highlight risks and savings opportunities, and assist in network and server equipment maintenance.
