Recent Personal Work achievement: In November of 2023, I embarked on a professional journey to Chennai, India after being carefully selected, with the objective of training and developing associates at our new India Development Center. This mission entailed 'nesting' the associates, an essential process that transitions new members of our Care organization from classroom learning to real-world application. The nesting process involves carefully staged support and expert guidance through various stages including shadowing, assisted calls, increased responsibility, monitoring, feedback, and assessment. This comprehensive approach is designed to equip new associates with the skills needed for effective customer interaction, thereby enhancing both customer satisfaction and overall performance. Notably, through this intensive training and development program, we were able to achieve significant cost savings for the company. By preventing fraudulent loss on e-commerce orders, we were able to safeguard several hundred million dollars. I am sincerely grateful for this extraordinary opportunity to effect such a substantial and impactful difference. The experience was incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to contributing further to the company's success in the future
