Account are located throughout the the United States and comprise of domestic business, Expats, work and travel organizations, english language schools, Colleges, and Exchange organizations. Account sizes range anywhere from 100 to 2500 lives. The insurance we provide are health, dental, medical/travel and in some cases Liability and AD &D.

Managed a staff of six to seven employees, this entailed recruiting, interviewing, training, monitoring, and motivating employee personnel.

Responsible for retention, growth, sale and management of an existing book of business that consisted of fifty to five hundred life accounts. Including benefit consulting, price negotiation, proposal/renewal presentations, developing/maintaining relationships, account penetration & up-selling, and designing creative approaches to meet account needs. Experienced approximately 5 percent growth during tenure.

Developed and implemented account level workflows and coding requirements for the HMO New England initiative. Designed and created coding manuals while training staff on on the New England implementation. Accountable for benefit and eligibility coding for national and major accounts on several corporate systems.
