As President of the World Cocoa Foundation, I am leading the organisation through its vision to be a catalyst for a thriving and equitable cocoa sector. That happens in close collaboration within the value chain, such as with farmer cooperatives, cocoa processors, cocoa traders, chocolate manufacturers, supply chain companies and other companies.

An established independent consultant, I provided board-level analysis and advice, as well as hands-on leadership and transformation across sectors. Key engagements included:→ Airborne Capital – aviation leasing start-up established by India’s largest airline, IndigoAs Fundraising Consultant, I supported Airborne Capital as it sought to raise a long-term.

MIRA was the world’s largest infrastructure asset manager with growing portfolios in real estate, agriculture and merchant energy and over $120bn of assets under management.I led the $560m global fundraising for Macquarie’s fourth African Infrastructure Fund, and subsequently provided investor coverage in the UK, Scandinavia and across Europe, supporting.

Principle Capital was an alternative asset manager that sought to raise funds with unique strategies.I led end-to-end design, fundraising and execution of activist strategies for a variety of funds across industries, including:→ $300M European Activism fund whose activist campaigns I led, leading shareholder groups to influence company strategies.→.

I originated and executed acquisitions and disposals for a portfolio of companies focused on delivering services to government entities, managing multiple, complex stakeholder groups to achieve successful acquisition, restructuring, refinancing and integration.

Managing large transaction teams of company managers, bankers, accountants, lawyers, salespeople and investors, I executed global equity and equity-linked capital raisings, with highlights including AT&T Wireless ($18.1BN), Petrobras ($4.3BN) and Friends Provident (£2.2BN).
