Analyse operations, business data and processes within SAP ECC, and across the broader finance department, and drive the implementation of solutions to improve performance, accuracy and integration of data, across systems, platforms and other business departments. Coordinate functional business requirements into effective system design and employ appropriate testing strategies, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. Develop process and training documentation and assist in the training and development of finance system end-users. Assist Finance and/or other departments with ECC systems expertise, transactional interfacing, reporting and trouble-shooting skills. Maintain the chart of accounts, and execute month/year end closing and rollover.Execute monthly billing and invoicing runs, as well as customer specific invoicing jobs. Oversee the securitization program day to day reporting, and work with business stakeholders and IT to eliminate manual reporting tasks, and improve reporting timeframes.

- Advising on, creating and maintaining employee benefits in line with legislative requirements.- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding implementation and management of packaging arrangements.- End to end AP and AR functions across multiple clients.- Month end bank account reconciliation and auditing- Month/year end GST and FBT reconciliation and reporting to clients.- Identifying and minimising risk exposures and ensuring adequate on-going management or mitigations to critical financial, operational and reputational risks.- Continuous improvement, including process re-engineering, process mapping & documentation, analysis and implementation in-line with ISO quality assurance accreditation requirements- Ad-hoc project work – undertaking the assessment (test and learn) of departmental software system upgrade to ascertain fit and applicability to business needs.

- Management of opportunities and project based purchase orders through tracking system.- Maintenance and internal auditing of the ISO Quality Management System- Managing office supplies, memberships and subscriptions.- Managing petty cash and end of month credit card reconciliations.- Organisation of event and travel arrangements.- Managing the procurement and installation of ICT hardware and equipment.- Managing user access for company ICT platforms and programs.- Filing, data entry and other ad hoc project &/or office administration tasks as required.
