I Have been in the Network Infrastructure and Design industry for 10 years in which time i have been able to accrue many skills that have finally led me to the ability to be confident enough to open a small business. I Am a skilled, efficient and experienced business professional with the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals effectively, multi-task and meet tight deadlines without supervision and I have always adapted easily to new challenges. When I started in this industry I received no training and had no prior experience. I was thrown in to either sink or swim, within the first 2 months I was traveling around the country leading low voltage cabling crews and taking care of on-site core switch upgrades for Nieman Marcus IT group. I have run into many challenges within the deployment phases of Network cabling projects, and I have always believed that there is always an answer or solution to a problem. I believe that with these skills and past experiences I will offer a perspective on business and processes that will take us to the next level. With the help of my business partner we have been able to create a company that we believe as we grow will build our employees knowledge base and skills while offering a level of customer service sometimes lacking in certain businesses. I believe in being in the service of those who are serving you, and your employees are the most important aspect of your business, if you don’t take care of them they will not take care of you, therefore our employees will be treated as equals, they will be shown respect, and they all have a voice. What we are creating will become an example for other businesses.
