Christopher (he/him/his) is a licensed marriage and family therapist based out of Houston, Texas. I have worked in a variety of settings including non-profit organizations serving low-income populations, and juvenile detention facilities working with sexual trauma and gang violence. I currently work in private practice with a broad range of clients and serve as founder and Chief of Operations for Subtle Asian Mental Health and the Asian Mental Health Collective, a 501c3 that has raised ~2.5 million to normalize and destigmatize mental health since 2021.I'm also a real estate investor/builder and free lance consultant. So basically, I'm always tired.I am guided by the belief that we are all imperfect people hoping to be better. Sometimes failing, sometimes successful, but always hopeful. Normalizing mental health and vulnerability is a central mission of mine, and feel it is the best way to foster connection.In my spare time, I enjoy wrestling with existential dread and fishing.
