PRINCE2 practitioner, management degree qualified and legally trained Senior Project/Programme Manager with a 25-year proven track record in the project management of large complex infrastructure projects both for large multi-national client, stakeholder and delivery organisations, under complex multi stakeholder arrangements with full commercial and program responsibilities delivering successful projects through a strong combination of agile project management principles, PMO, project controls and governance knowledge. Extensive contract management experience applying formal legal training in contract law and business law to successfully project manage multi-party working arrangements including significant bids under collaborative and Joint venture arrangements through multiple contract types including NEC3, JCT and NR forms of contract on target cost, lump sum and cost-plus variants. A strategic manager, problem solver and excellent communicator with strong technical abilities reporting directly to national and international Company Boards identifying and defining issues and risks in complex environments producing business case, investment papers and progress reports advising on next steps and suggested strategic approach throughout the project lifecycle including mobilisation, transition and change phases producing financial and program forecasts and recovery plans where required, in conjunction with day to day aspects of project management. Significant bid management experience managing bids up to £1.5bn in value.
