Working for HS2 as part of the land and property team managing a portfolio of projects dealing with land acquisition and compensation schemes arising from HS2's footprint in support of its construction activities including managing its associated property portfolio. Liaison with numerous stakeholders including Government ministers, DFT, Local County Councils, landowners and developers through safeguarding process including managing three key IT based business change projects providing key updates to HS2’s case management system Ferrin and Land and property registry system.

The network connects emergency telephone and other roadside devices including CCTV to a number of regional control centres through a multi-faceted program of works.
