Chris DeVille is the Director of Education for Compass Management and Consulting. CMC provides comprehensive association management, meeting planning and special multimedia consulting services. The primary focus of the business is non-profit medical associations and charitable foundations which have a specific interest in medical issues and patient care. In his role at CMC, Chris serves as the Director of Education for the National Lipid Association, the American Society for Preventive Cardiology and several other specialty medical societies. He brings 14 years of experience in training and development, event coordination, and project management. Chris previously worked as a Program Manager, Provider Liaison, and classroom instructor for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. During his tenure with BCBSF, he was responsible for producing educational seminars for physicians, facilitating classroom training on health insurance products, and supporting development of marketing materials and communications.Chris earned his BS degree in Education, Training and Development from Southern Illinois University in 2001.
