I work with clients to ensure the that their data is working for them. Not only in terms of proper implementation and architecture but in terms of getting the business value from their data and realizing their ROI.I run both strategy roadmap and efforts as well as long term data architecture (ingestion, lake, warehouse, reporting, advanced analytics) implementation engagements with clients and believe firmly in agile delivery as a way to achieve impactful business decisions in a quicker way while also bolstering data architecture on the back end. I have proven leadership experience from training entry level data professionals to mentoring as they continue to advance in their careers. I have worked through various people processes such as recruiting and hiring, promotions and recognition, and understanding how to align both the goals of the company and the goals of the professional for successful growth
