Physical Therapy Aide
Current• Collaborate with multiple therapists to provide support to over 300 patients per week who have or will receive rehabilitation services in the Lancaster area.• Register, schedule, confirm, and cancel up to 90 patient appointments on a daily basis using Therapy Source.• Assist patients with all aspects of insurance billing resolution or payments by organizing, collecting andreconciling patient cash collections, co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.• Ensure patients are set up for success by communicating proper treatment plans with their referring physiciansthrough faxed evaluations and plans of care.• Manage about 30 incoming phone calls daily, resolve patient inquiries, and refer calls to appropriate parties.• ensured commendable patient care, assisting with exercise programs, and modalities.
