I oversaw and coordinated three annual social service programs. Each program required unique processes, protocols and provisions to support clients that were seeking emergency assistance related to basic human needs. This role was focused on working with individuals and families seeking emergency services in a high volume environment. I pre-screened clients prior to connecting them with social workers, to determine if the agency had the appropriate recourses to meet there needs at that time. Public Allies is a national leadership program that is administered through the AmeriCorps whos mission is "To create a just and equitable society and the diverse leadership to sustain it."As part of Public Allies Cincinnati, I was part of a group of thirty individuals between the ages of 18-30, each person in the group served at different partner agencies through out the city. Every Friday the group would meet to discuss ideas, problems, and more importantly solutions to issues that been had encounter during the work week at varies partner agencies. We would also participate in national public service days as team as well as projects and retreats during the year.

I established productive relationships between the home office and Boone County Courts, improving trust and communication overall. The result was an increase in referrals from Boone County to KAP, also increasing revenue for KAP. I supported the initial intake of referrals (new clients), for KAP which included scheduling appointments and an ongoing document sharing with the courts while the clients case was active.
