Developed and tested a .Net bridge between a public facing Java based website and an internal BPM system.Created a code generation system to greatly accelerate the development speed and the code quality of the .Net webservices.Implemented a self contained caching system allowing high volume webservice calls to be cached without altering any external interfaces. This improved performance by cutting webserivce calls by 50% but did not create any additional build effort for either the Java team or the BPM team. Retrained myself in Java development on the fly learning Spring, hibernate and JSF to help a stretched Java team make a critical deadline.

Member of a small development team practicing agile methodology.Developed a fully automated bespoke .Net application for migration of emails, calendars and contacts. This allowed migration between exchange 2003, exchange 2010 and Google platforms.Fully automated testing between all three platforms ensured data integrity.An intuitive web based front end using ASP MVC and Jquery allowed the client to easily migrate users between platforms and real time reporting gave feedback on progress.In total 50,000 users were migrated, the majority to Google. This resulted in a cost saving of around 66%
