My responsibilities include developing and deploying initiatives which enable our customer facing teams to execute their roles more effectively. By working in close capacity with our technical experts and marketing department I create and develop customer relevant content and train our sales personnel in the effective delivery of that material in order to further develop their client relationships. In utilising my experience of different sales methodologies and understanding of legislative topics within the contractor community and recruitment supply chain my focus is to improve overall sales performance across group through a diverse array of learning and development programs.
