Media and Communications Department in Dublin Bus. My role involves Stakeholder Engagement and dealing with Media queries.

I worked in the Minister's Office dealing with Ministerial Correspondence and queries to the Department.

My role in this job was as follows:Delivered the highest quality Customer Service when dealing with complaints and Data protection issues.Maintained electronic files which included deep driving investigation on records. Requested reports and utilized them to improve processes as well as catch and correct bulk errors on the system.I was the Process Audit and Training Officer (PATO) for my team. The tasks for this role included auditing processes and attempting to improve them, training new team members and offering refresher training for current team members on complicated processes. I was also in charge of ensuring the quality results of the team (audited by a different team) were kept to a high standard. Average quality results before I took over were 60%, after implementing my changes to the processes the quality results were 100% for every week of my final three months in the role.

My role in this job was as follows:I delivered the highest quality Customer Service consistently achieving the highest targets on customer satisfaction surveys.I provided logistic support to Argos stores in the U.K.Due to my excellent quality results I provided some coaching for staff on telephone soft skills.
