CurrentReporting to the CEO of CLM, this role is responsible for the overall management and direction of Claims Pages. This includes providing strategic leadership by working with management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. This role will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.This role is also responsible for the following:The Production Department, including oversight and direction of customer deliverables and advertising products, adjuster databases, and more; The Sales Department, through education and training to the staff on product and pricing definitions, sales lead securement, and contact management;The Company's Website, including both maintenance and new feature development. This includes website layout, design and page creation, feeds with third-party partners, and product development;Technology and Infrastructure, including the Company's technology stack, email, fax and other payment platforms, domains, all related equipment and third-party developer relationships, and the provision of necessary equipment to both employees and independent contractors; Company Pricing and Analytics, including both list and internally approved pricing, all website traffic metrics; Customer Service, including customer support, advertisement request changes, and customer account maintenance inquiries; Facilities Management, including the maintenance of all physical offices, equipment, and furniture; andMarketing, to include all outbound marketing communications about the Company and its resources via email, direct marketing, social media and more.
