Duties include working in the Development Compliance Team, researching and investigating complaints against all GCCC Planning Scheme Provisions, Queensland Development Code, State Planning Policies, SEQ Regional Plan, Local Laws, Integrated Planning Act (1997), Integrated Planning Regulations (1998), and the Sustainable Planning Act (2009) and the Sustainable Planning Regulations (2009). Training and Mentoring other Development Compliance Officers as well as new employees.

Duties include working in the CityWide Planning Assessment Team, assessing both Code and Impact Assessable applications against all GCCC Planning Scheme Provisions, Queensland Development Code, State Planning Policies, SEQ Regional Plan, Local Laws, Integrated Planning Act (1997), Integrated Planning Regulations (1998), and the use of the IDAS assessment system. I have been continuing my skill in giving town planning advice on the Robina Plan of Development and the RCPA Act (1992). I have continued assessing Final Development Applications under the Robina Central Planning Agreement Act (1992). Recently I have had assessment experience with the Sustainable Planning Act (2009) assessing Code Applications as well as Standard Building Relaxations.

Duties include working with the Town Planning Advice team, assisting with giving Town Planning advice in accordance with the Queensland Development Code, Local Laws, Integrated Planning Act 1997, Integrated Planning Regulations 1998, and the use of the IDAS assessment system.
