Senior Credit Administrator for Income Property Banking. Income Property Banking originates multi family and commercial real estate loans designed for the bank portfolio as well as the secondary market. Responsible for the underwriting and placement of commercial real estate loans and consumer lending products in accordance to the various Bank standards. I am charged with matching those standards and products with our clients needs.

Responsible for the business development and underwriting of consumer and real estate loans in accordance to the Bank standards. Real estate loans include multi-family, office and industrial.Consumer lending include HELOC, Lines of Credit both secured and unsecured along with Equity Lines of Credit Establish Single Family Lending Program.

Managed and directed the underwriting and processing functions of the Income Property Lending Group. The Income Property Lending Group originated multi family, commercial and construction real estate loans designed for the bank portfolio as well as the secondary market. The Group funded in excess of $1 billion in its last complete year of operation and had an average loan size of $1.25 million. The Income Property Group consisted of the Bank Origination and the Fulfillment Group. The Fulfillment Group is comprised of the Loan Processing / Funding Department and the Underwriting Department. Responsibilities include adherence to all regulatory, credit and compliance programs. Analyze current products, services and production goals. Price structuring designed to achieve the desired portfolio, growth targets, yields and composition. Accomplishments included establishing various conduit lending programs as well as Commercial Capital Banks FNMA Aggregation program. Standardized and streamlined the application, processing and underwriting to ensure all loans are funded within established time frames. Delegated approval authority of $10 million for any single transaction with an aggregate limit of $20 million

The program was designed for delivery to the FNMA / HSA aggregation program. The department funded in excess of $800 million for the program.Responsible for the underwriting and approval of multi family real estate loans in accordance to the FNMA / HSA agreed upon standards. Duties included oversight of the department as well as loan approval and underwriting. In addition to compliance to the agreed upon FNMA / HSA standards, compliance to all other regulatory, credit and compliance programs is required. Provide daily pricing, rate locking all transactions with the investor's trading desk and with borrowers. Negotiate exceptions to investor guidelines through deal waivers.

Underwrote a variety of single family homes throughout Northern and Southern California. Assisted and maintained personnel staffing levels and tracked loan funding timetables.

Single Family Appraised a variety of single-family residences up to four unit buildings in Southern and Central California.
