Mortgage Litigation Quality Control For Lloyds Banking Group
CurrentOn this project my role was to review and quality check cases where customers had previously been litigated and had their homes repossessed due to being in arrears. This was to make sure the bank had correctly completed the litigation process and treat the customer fairly. The role included reviewing all customer interaction and notes, listening to calls between the customer and bank, making sure the bank had taken any vulnerability triggers into account and that the correct correspondence had been sent to the customer in a timely manor.
