This required leveraging deep KOL relationships to understand existing and future clinical data, conducting blinded VOC using 3rd party vendors, understanding brand preferences and technical product differences to create market and revenue models used during diligence. - Conducted early diligence on numerous companies in GI, Urologic and Hepatic Oncology, resulting in the eventual acquisition of Augmenix ($600M+) and a VC investment in RenovoRX. - Commercial lead for cross-divisional development project to treat lung and brain cancer. This work resulted in the spin-out of the IP into a Medical Device Incubator now chartered with the development of a next-generation device used to treat Glioblastoma. - Commercial lead for cross divisional Breath Sensor program to detect lung cancer. This work led to the execution of an 80-patient FIM study, the development of a Phase III protocol to enable eventual FDA approval, and the creation of a NEWCO to help finance development outside of divisional P&L. - Conceptualized and executed multi-disciplinary Oncology Ad Board.
