I manage the military service member's record and I process different transactions that effect the member's pay.

Processes and responds to requests for sensitive administrative and financial information from both internal and external agencies. Determines, processes, and follows-up on a wide variety of complicated pay actions in one or more specialty areas, which requires carrying out numerous different and unrelated procedures. Completes a variety of complex pay actions (e.g., separation/final pay, correction and adjustment of several items of pay due to changes in other parts of an account, reconciling out of balance accounts, one-time payments, etc.). Acts as liaison between the military pay section, personnel section of the detachment and administrative/personnel offices of customer commands. Researches, audits and make pay adjustments involving a variety of complicated pay problems. Performs audit and reviews the status of work assigned to section personnel to ensure all payroll actions are completed accurately and timely.
