I currently work as our operational lead over our Academy program across the country, which is our flagship program and is currently located in almost 30 prison sites. The Academy program works inside the prisons with selected incarcerated participants to bring intensive, character focused and criminogenic centered programming to men and women who are looking to change so that they can be a positive influence to their community.

* Oversaw the working relationship with 17 different employer clients in the mid-market arena, having overall responsibility for operational and strategic initiatives.* Provided client support through proactive pricing, contract management, benefit/plan consultation, conflict resolution, and supervising the coordination of all program enhancements.* Balanced operational financial interests between client and CVS|Caremark through client profitability, strategic upselling, performance guarantees and service warranties.* Scored in the top tier of client satisfaction surveys, with ratings of 4.4 - 4.7 on a 5 point scale.* Mentored all new hires and was consistently recognized as a leader and a high performer in the department. * Worked with 4 - 6 Health Plans to coordinate and implement a wide array of product offerings, including plan designs, co pay structures, Specialty drug services, Mail Order Implementation, and various generic incentive programs. * Collaborated with clients to agree on benefits structure that would best fit their needs based on multiple factors including Plan performance summaries, Trend Analyses, or Ad Hoc queries, that are requested by the client.

* Prepared, analyzed and reported all departmental statistics, including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.* Presented statistics to our largest client, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal Employee Program. * Coordinated with other departments, such as ITD, Account Mgt., and Human Resources to ensure quality and integrity of all departmental systems and reporting. * Created new database/call tracking system for department by working with multiple vendors and adhering to firm deadlines over a two year timeframe. * Conducted biyearly savings analysis for FEP Prior Authorization call center. Initiated process changes as needed.
