I received my bachelor's degree with honors from Cornell University. Prior to becoming a graduate student at Dartmouth with Thalia Wheatley, I completed an honors thesis on awkward conversation with Tom Gilovich at Cornell. I also spent a year as the lab manager of the Dartmouth Social Systems Lab. As lab manager, I studied the relationship between social interaction patterns and centrality in social networks. Now, I am hoping to uncover the complex dynamics of social interaction both in behavior and in the brain.
