Serve OVGI by leading the Human Resource function in a complex, Mission Driven organization composed of over 20 retail and donation sites that support accredited Vocational Rehabilitation Programs.

Providing Human Resource support to a 280 employee manufacturing plant with three bargaining units. Facilitate the grievance process, conduct investigations, recruit and on-board new staff.

Supporting a 200 employee, unionized food production plant as a Human Resource Generalist including Employee Relations, Time Keeping, LOA administration, Staffing, Orientation, On-boarding and Recruiting.

Provide Human Resource expertise to clients including Workers' Compensation management, recruiting, disability program administration, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy analysis.

Assist the President in the operations of the business and community outreach.

Over see all Human Resource functions including Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Workers Compensation, for a 600+ employee, three state region.

Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Team Building and Workers Compensation Administration.

Consult with employers/clients on the selection, installation and administration of benefit programs. Analyze benefit programs and create executive summaries comparing plans and costs. Work as an intermediary between insurance companies and employers and their employees to resolve service, billing and claim issues.

Managed the Human Resource function for a 151 bed nursing and rehab facility. Advised and coached managers regarding strategic HR initiatives and employee relations issues. Served as the liaison for corporate HR initiatives. Recruited 80 qualified care providers resulting in a $23,000 per month savings in agency fees. Reviewed and tracked employee disciplinary actions. Created and filed OSHA and Workers Compensation reports as appropriate.

Served as a member of the senior leadership team to participate in the management and strategic planning for assigned facilities. Participated in regional planning for HR initiatives such as workforce realignment, accreditation readiness and policy administration. Directed a staff to implement and administer HR policies and procedures including but not limited to performance management, new employee orientation, HRIS administration and Employee Relations.
