Managed all aspects of any project that came thru our doors, start to finish. Weekly and monthly forescasting and performance market meetings, monthly trainings, quarterly regional and company wide fiscal and performance meetings, in addition to the consultation, design, client meetings, bidding labor, allocating and procuring any non inventory product, engineering system design and execution, and marking up blue prints, babysitting salesmen, etc... I also merchandised and maintained the entire store and it’s displays constantly.

Initially his intern for a year, being tasked with cleaning the studio, organizing all studio equipment, custodian, make coffee, prepare the studio and sound booths for all of the sessions every day, patch in all of the gear and get Nuendo up and running with the proper files and plugins, etc. Then moved to assistant, then to 2nd Engineer on all of Randalls' larger projects. We currently are doing the sound reinforcement and engineering annually for Urban Outfitters at SXSW in Austin, TX. I have been doing that with Randall for 5 years and counting.
