Through intimate knowledge of the project procurement lifecycle within the Oil & Gas industry, several disposition channels are enabled:• Directly procure surplus equipment for the Company for the purpose of resale at a margin.• Work with owners to find optimum disposition channels for their own equipment and brokering the deal.• Work with equipment end-users to find exceptional bargains for the procurement of equipment they require through surplus channels.• Provide Project Management consulting services to select clients.

Lead the design, fabrication, and installation of the Drilling Template work package for the Crux platform, offshore Australia.

Implemented total overhaul of PATEM (Project Acceleration Through Equipment Management) subsea equipment forecasting and allocation program. Concurrently managed multiple subsea hardware delivery projects covering components spanning the entire SURF scope.• Provided significant project acceleration value through proper pre-investment, procurement optimization, inventory management and equipment allocation, based on forecasted need and project priority in program.• Worked closely with Wells, Subsea Surveillance, Project Managers, and vendors to develop the digital PATEM Allocation Tool, including all features required for streamlined updating and reporting.• As Subsea Hardware Delivery Engineer, set up and managed multiple contracts with values up to $13MM. Managed RFQ through delivery, including complex scope changes and various technical challenges. Used practical experience managing subsea delivery projects to tune and optimize the PATEM tools and processes.

Project Lead responsible for the engineering design, construction, and heavy-lift offshore installation of the Stones Phase 1B VFD building module (400 mt) onto the Turritella FPSO, including pre-works, supporting structure, and associated tie-ins. • Leadership: Managed EPC contractor to deliver on cost, schedule, quality and HSE. Resident in EPC Contractor office during detail design, building relationships with Project Management and Discipline Engineering to create a cohesive and seamless Company/Contractor team to execute the scope. • Contract Management: Personally developed and implemented the tendering plan for all scope excluded from the EPC contract, including all onshore fabrication activities. Delivered a significant brownfield construction scope on a space-limited production facility, competing for resources with other projects and production operations, while maintaining excellent communication and relationships with stakeholders.• Interface Management: Managed a complex brownfield scope with limited initial scope definition and multiple interfaces and inputs to the design from groups outside the EPC. Managed all technical interfaces between EPC contractor and other contractors, such as onshore fabricator, heavy-lift vessel, and topsides module fabricator, as well as internal interfaces with SURF team and Operations. Drove interfaces to closure while limiting change to EPC scope.

Delivered a 1700 mt, highly specialized, bespoke well intervention module for the Espírito Santo FPSO, including an additional 20 man living quarters module. Directed economic modeling, Final Value Assurance, Investment Proposal and Final Investment Decision. Led detailed design, onshore and offshore construction activities and safely executed the offshore heavy lift and integration onto a producing Floating Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO).• Leadership: Built and managed a team of 40 Project Team members across 6 international locations on 4 continents. Ensured talent development initiatives to retain qualified resources and develop junior resources. Managed Singapore fabrication site team of 15 FTEs, leading total safety and quality transformation of site.• Contract Management: Successfully negotiated a major contractual dispute with the EPCI contractor, saving $26MM+. Managed EPCI contractor and various other direct contractors’ performance and established process improvement measures. Managed multiple underperforming contractors and subcontractors, implementing corrective measures, and managing complex contractual claims. Independently managed all onshore fabrication scopes.• Interface Management: Managed stakeholders in EPCI, own organization, Production Operations, other projects in the BC-10 Venture, as well as partners in the Joint Venture. Solved internal and external interface challenges due to worldwide Owners Team and Contractor locations. Managed a significant brownfield construction scope on a space-limited production facility, competing for resources with other projects and production operations.

Oversaw engineering, fabrication, and delivery of Mooring Piles and Tendon Support Buoys for the Olympus (Mars B) TLP ($43M USD). Resident engineering/construction lead at gulf coast fabrication yard while managing the engineering interface with the detail designer in Houston.• Leadership: Directed a site team of 7 FTEs, overseeing work, making engineering and commercial decisions, and managing contract and Contractor. Spent ~75% of time at site, working with site team in the field office.• Contract Management: Managed a $43M fabrication contract with fabricator, ultimately delivering on budget and in time for successful integration into the overall offshore facility installation. Negotiated dozens of claims and variations from Contractor, who had severely underbid the work, while maintaining an excellent personal and professional relationship with Contractor. Effective change and claim management ensured project success for both Owner and Contractor.• Interface Management: Managed the detail design contractor concurrently with fabrication, communicating design additions and changes while minimizing change impact to fabricator.

Supported the pioneering Shell Development Kashagan Islands Execution team, which was responsible for Rock Supply, Offshore Civil Construction, and Wellhead Facilities for the Kashagan Phase 2 Development in Kazakhstan. As first team to Execute, project plans and procedures were not yet in place. Held single-point accountability for establishing and administering project processes.• Developed and implemented the Controls and Assurance Framework, including the Project Controls & Assurance Plan, and the Integrated Project Management System. Led all Opportunity Framing and Stakeholder Engagement Planning activities. Drafted Deliverables Plan and led development, tracking, and issue of deliverables per the plan.• Designed, set up, and administered Risk Management and Technical Interface Management systems. Managed technical interfaces with FEED team as well as external interfaces with Exxon drilling team, NCOC (Operator), and execution contractors. • Co-developed and administered ITT packages, Tender Evaluation Plans and Tender Evaluations.

Successfully delivered a portfolio of over 20 Vortex-Induced Vibration (VIV) Suppression Projects with single point accountability ranging from $100k-$7.5 million each, often managing 3 or more projects simultaneously. • Managed estimating, planning, schedule, cost control, proposal development, tendering, design, fabrication, testing, delivery, and installation for these projects in all phases, from receipt of ITT to site installation.• Streamlined project execution and managed risk by implementing business systems, templates, and tools and introducing new standard ways of working and business procedures. • Designed and verified using 3D CAD and FEA software, specialty tooling for unique subsea installation projects.• Planned and supervised offshore drill rig and pipelay vessel installations, including development of Safe Work Plans, SIMOPS Plans, Job Risk Analyses, and direct supervision and training of installation personnel. • Exhibited exceptional innovation and creativity.
