My role requires me to build relationships with local engineering companies and offer the appropriate candidates to satisfy the company's business needs, as and when the company require apprentices. My role requires me to source and screen new applicants to the apprenticeship. The sourcing process involves visiting schools and attending job fairs to engage with new potential candidates. I then conduct interviews with the chosen candidates and offer a place on the course to suitable candidates. This is followed up with the completion of compliance paperwork to enable funding.
