My role requires me to prepare all management accounts and present them to the board of directors. This includes P & L, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, balance sheets and many more. This role also requires me to design, implement and monitor financial policies & procedures. I must also establish and maintain cash controls, as well as preparing and reconciling bank statements. In addition to this I will be tasked with assisting the negotiation of contracts and investments.I am also responsible for managing our group IT function. This entails the line management of technical support, managing provider contracts, acquisition of equipment and project managing infrastructure development.

My role requires me to source and screen new applicants to the apprenticeship. The sourcing process involves visiting schools and attending job fairs to engage with new potential candidates. I then conduct interviews with the chosen candidates and offer a place on the course to suitable candidates. This is followed up with the completion of compliance paperwork to enable funding. I am also required to stay in regular contact with the apprentices once they are accepted onto the course.

My occupation involves speaking to customers on the phone and via email, dealing with queries; processing orders and advising customers with any thing they need help with. I ensure that customers received their goods by a desired date and that it is despatched on time and to the correct location.
