As a Lead CSM I make sure that individually and collectively, CSMs on the same account are delivering an excellent , “joined up” experience for our customers. It's my responsibility to:Have an end-to-end view of CSM activities the accountBe the single CSM voice for strategic, cross-pillar account mattersCoordinate CSM activities and be the main point of contact for key stakeholder groupsContinuously optimise our services for the customer’s business benefitI ensure that Oracle Cloud solutions are aligned with my customers’ business goals and Key Performance Indicators during the entire lifecycle, from contract signature, through design and implementation, QA, Go-Live and BAU.I'm the driver for the maximum adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions. Working closely with Sales, I identify product expansion opportunities via high value relationships with my customers.This is a customer-facing, post-sale, install-base role. Teaming with the multiple groups within Sales, Support, Operations and Oracle Consulting, I am responsible for understanding the short- and long-term vision of my customers. I coordinate and procure the right Oracle resources, programmes and information at the right time, to ensure the customer’s value of their Oracle Cloud services. My key initiatives are retention and expanding the customer's knowledge and Oracle product footprint within their technology landscape.
