A large part of our business is building and testing custom cable assemblies up to 40 GHz with the ability to readily design or replicate most any interconnect or communication cable to OEM specification. We’ve recently added a Prototrak CNC mill and lathe to our shop. We are currently fabricating small order pieces and doing some journal repairs. We also offer a wide array of welding and metal fabrication. This is a part time endeavor for us and on our electrical side we predominately include smaller scale power distribution and new electrical installations in industrial environments including all (3) phase power. I frequently set up and work with Cognex vision systems for verifying alphanumeric, bar codes, and 2D Codes for US government security documents. Our company is mostly made up of printing presses, finishing equipment, inkjets, printers, and verification Cameras. We have a custom database that tracks product throughput from mill rolls of paper, through many processes to final products, then inventoried before shipment. Our maintenance team is responsible for every aspect of making sure everything runs productively, with good quality work achieved by multi-craft skillsets. Our facility has just recently passed requirements for ISO-9001 certification. I've been part of the internal audit team leading up to the certification and will continue to help verify we are in compliance, including complete periodic internal audits. Show less
