My whole working career has been in customer service. I started as a retail packager at the local grocery store, and have always tried to grow my name and my personal brand to hold recognition and respect for everyone I meet. I always strive to ensure complete satisfaction in every facet of my career. I thrive in a busy environment, and I have a craving to always learn. I graduated college with a bachelor's degree in history and began work as a field claims adjuster for Cincinnati Insurance Companies. I spent three years there learning how to manage multiple clients (around 70-90 at any given time) through a C.R.M. software system, and then moved over to the automotive sales industry. I began in May of 2017 and am on pace to reach our companies goal of 125 vehicles sold and delivered in one calendar year. I am enthusiastic and excited for continuing to grow as a part of a company, and as a cohesive unit with my team around me.
