I graduated in August 2019 with my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Charleston Southern University.I have worked between three Chick-fil-A Restaurants since 2013, serving in the roles of IT Director, IT Consultant, Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, Social Media Coordinator, and Team Leader.I also have experience working as an IT Support Specialist at Roy's Wood Products from 2012 to 2014.In Summer 2018, I completed an IT Internship at the Chick-fil-A Support Center and gained a myriad of experience about the entire business and how all of the different teams in IT work closely together.From 2018 to 2021, I worked at the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Chick-fil-A HELP, the first-line support for restaurant operators and team members. In this role, I assisted restaurants with IT and payroll issues/questions.I currently work with Kelly Products as the Lead IT Systems Specialist. In this role, I provide escalated support to employees across 12 different companies, manage the financials and budget for the department, and manage all IT systems within the organization including all hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
