I began my career with The Lab Consulting as an intern in 2003 and was pushed to a client facing role as a business analyst in 2005, primarily focusing on the financial services industry. I worked my way up to senior consultant and junior project manager by 2009. During the 2009 financial crisis, I accepted a position in The Lab's home office to help senior management transform operations by providing leadership, support, and managerial oversight with: marketing, sales support, intellectual property development, information technology, web/internet projects, document production, legal, finance, and recruiting. I became a Vice President of The Lab in 2014 and then Director in 2017. Today, I work with C-Suite business leaders to design, roadmap, and support their long-term strategic automation goals.I pride myself in being able solve complex business problems, which I always view as opportunities, while teaching teams how to grow on a daily basis. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing others succeed and be happy with their work.
