This position supports the North America Custody Services and Canada Direct Custody and Clearing billing processing functions. It will have direct operational responsibilities for invoice production, accounting, reconciliation and investigations related to the North America Custody and Canada Direct Custody and Clearing including the review of key client invoices. This role also includes client queries, investigations, metrics reporting, and testing tasks. In addition, it will also be involved with special projects such as internal controls compliance, standard operating procedure writing, software application requirement development and End User Computing development and maintenance.

 Investigate rejected securities from both the US Domestic Market and American Global Window for solutions for settlement. Analyze metrics to determine the availability, timing, & staff for transitions. Develop good rapport and communication between a wide variety of key individuals to make sure that the project gets done accurately and in a timely manner. ( clients, client executive, counter-party, client service officer, and implementation team)  From an MCA standpoint and records standpoint we document everything with a maker/checker stamp. It is important that the client is aware through excel spreadsheets and other documentation what settled and what is pending. Help manage the time necessary to evaluate the workflow to make sure that we identify specific issues prior to them actually occurring. Develop and evaluate the best processes approach to eliminate errors. Manage Transition of Securities (Deliver Free, Switches, and Receive Free) from clients or to clients.  Process all the US Domestic & Global Securities.

 Provided mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs as well as Ever Bank’s mortgage products and benefits. Maintained a complete and thorough knowledge of Ever Bank’s mortgage strategies, policies, and procedures.  Responsible for originating new mortgages by either refinancing or new purchases Gathered and verified all documentation from potential customers. Accurately cross-sell products and services to maximize Ever Bank’s growth.
