I lead the learning experiences for new members of Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program and new Interim Managers. I am the point of contact for execution of the learning experience across the entire organization. I ensure the program's learning objectives are met and that the experience is seamless across the many Trainers and Facilitators encountered. I ensure a feedback loop is in place with learning strategists and designers for program iterations. Most of all, I am here to serve LDP Participants who serve the brand which serves our wonderful guests.

My primary responsibility is to ensure that our restaurant training materials are 1) Correct 2) Realistic and 3) Easy-to-read. I like to say I "bridge the gap" between those that create our products/procedures and those that write/produce our training materials.
