As the Chief Strategy Officer at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI), I team with the C-suite members to establish the strategic direction of the company and communications and business development activities. I leverage my 30 years of experience supporting DoD and NASA to provide solutions that meet critical business and mission requirements for our current and future partners.I have led and supported multiple projects and teams across various sectors and industries, including federal government, municipal, commercial and international clients. I have a strong background in electrical engineering, energy management, and metrics development, and I am passionate about helping SSAI and our clients solve some of the hardest engineering and scientific challenges.I believe that education is the key to generational success and as such my wife and I started the Elizabeth C Marshall Education Enhancement Fund through the Hampton Education Fund which provides scholarships to future teachers and grants to current teachers. I also serve on the Physics Computer Science and Engineering (PCSE) Industrial Advisory Board for Christopher Newport University.I am most proud of my three children and how they are continuing our family's contribution to society. My daughters work in healthcare caring for patients and their families and my son is a college football coach preparing young men to be leaders in the community.
