Developed portfolio of clients to generate $5MM+ gross project sales annually.• Partner in Charge for 70+ projects associated with site investigation and remediation, environmental licensing and permitting, environmental due diligence, air quality, compliance auditing, product stewardship, safety, sustainability, and information systems solutions. PIC responsibilities include setting project plan and strategy, H&S aspects, technical quality, stakeholder communication, and financial performance. • Worked as client liaison to understand corporate objectives and rationalize and communicate with ERM and client regional and local teams.• Supported business unit in determining and implementing business development and growth strategy which resulted in >20% YOY growth for three consecutive years.• Grew individually managed team from 0 to 15+ staff in four years• Partner responsible for leading activities associated with business unit sustainability performance and the ERM Foundation (an employee-led foundation that works in partnership with smaller non-profit organisations and social enterprises)

Based in São Paulo, Brazil. Managed technical, financial, and administrative aspects of site investigation and remediation projects for a multi-national client portfolio of 5 clients with a total annual value of >$6.5 MM USD in multiple countries in LAC. Leveraged and adapted global innovative approaches and technologies to local and regional projects. Acted as client regulatory liason. Led and motivated a multi-disciplinary international team of 25 staff in a rapidly changing and developing regulatory setting.

Prepared, coordinated and implemented site investigation and remediation projects including soil sampling, vadose zone and bedrock monitoring well installation, hydraulic tracer testing, remediation pilot tests, full-scale remediation projects including excavation, in-situ chemical oxidation, enhanced reductive dechlorination, and groundwater treatment systems. Responsible for preparation and production of project deliverables.
