Work experience history: 18 yrs heavy equipment in both industrial & construction to include crane operator certification as well as transportation of such equipment. 16 yrs experience in building residential structures from foundation layout, framing, electrical & plumbing installation, trim work & window/door installation, drywall installation & preparation, painting, and installing flooring from wood to tile. Performed remodel projects on an occasional basis. 10 yrs experience in building maintenance in electrical, plumbing, general HVAC, fire suppression systems, & electronic control systems such as security control, PLC, & circuitry. 8 yrs experience in general to advanced computer systems knowledge from hardware installation & networking structure to Microsoft office suite operation as well as general use of GIS mapping system. 6 yrs experience in construction & maintenance of various types of pavement from concrete to asphalt. 5 years experience with Municipal storm systems from maintenance of canals & ditches to MS4 inspections via visual & camera tractor system as well as repair of drainage pipes & basins. 3 yrs experience in supervisory role as site project manager on various pavement and construction projects as well as lead foreman on various storm system drainage structure repairs. 2 yrs experience in metal welding & fabrication in Arc, Tig, Mig, & Oxy Acetylene. Current certification in OSHA Hazardous spill response level II, & Roadway Flagging. Served in US military for 13 yrs as of present & have been deployed 3 times with subsequent awards from each region of operation.
