Front End Loading (FEL) development and Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED).➢ Oversight of third party engineering / design deliverables. Safety Lifecycle cost, system proof testing reviews to include online testing capability, feasibility and integrity.➢ Design verification reviews to include life cycle analysis.➢ Provide cutover process procedures for pre-outage, outage and post-outage project implementation ensuring personnel and equipment safety; minimizing process production impacts and mitigation of overall potential safety risk.➢ Develop engineering specification sheets and material requisitions to include budgetary cost and lead time.➢ Adhere to safety guidelines and meet client and industry standards to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.➢ Schedule, budget and safety is my primary focus, and mitigation of risk.
