Callcenter work, and customer support has been the majority of my work experience. I've done remote work, and work on location at various sites. I have spent time on outbound sales campaigns, inbound support, healthcare/medicare programs, fundraising, and political programs. I've been a team lead for a previous company and held that position until the company closed. I am very comfortable working with customers over the phone and troubleshooting technical issues. I have a firm grasp of customer support skills and de-escalating complex calls. I've spent the last 3+ years servicing Quickbooks Online Accountant Platinum and Elite customers, and resolving client company payroll and accounting software issues. This role requires a high level knowledge of Intuit products and QBO software and is dedicated to servicing Intuits' most valued accountant accounts and customers. This group is held to Intuit's strictest performance and quality metrics, and is expected to resolve issues across multiple products and clients. I've maintained perfect attendance for my tenure with this team and have consistently met/exceeded required goals.
