I’m a battle hardened professional with decades of experience who’s made a career of tackling challenging problems in information security and technology. Over the course of my career I’ve performed 100s of investigations into nation state, hacktivist, script kiddies, and commodity malware. Working for both global enterprises and service providers I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to defending enterprise networks.Throughout my career when I’ve encountered something that doesn’t work I’ve taken to using an “outside of the box” approach to create new and novel ways to conquer any significant challenge. My approach has always been carefully identifying the problem set and the constraints with which I have to work under: financial, organizational, or technological. After that assessment I've created new teams, capabilities, solutions, and processes to address the needs.
