CarHop is a nationwide retail sales and finance operation, operating over 50 retail locations throughout the United States with annual revenue approaching $180M.With progressively increasing responsibilities over 9+ years, I was responsible for managing our full-cycle recruiting process, as well as a team of up to five Recruiters, responsible for staffing up to 55 retail locations across 17 states and our corporate support center. The scope of my role included ownership of the Talent Acquisition function, HR Training & Development (TA best practices, recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, HR best practices, performance management), Employee Relations, and Workman's Comp (including OSHA reporting and safety training).

Northland Employment was a regional, full-service, executive search firm specializing in the placement of professionals in banking, finance, IT, Engineering and healthcare in the Twin Cities and upper Midwest.I identified, recruited, screened, and placed qualified Engineering professionals based on the needs of our client companies. This included heavy networking and data mining, high volumes of outbound phone calls, and constant negotiation / sales to both our clients and our candidates.
