Taught adults in the Swim Doctor programme designed for adult learners and helped build water confidence, improve technique and strengthen fitness whilst using various training regimes and bespoke practices which supported participants with preparations for events including distance swims and Iron Man triathlons.Supported the management team with Saturday operations as the senior teacher including organisation of equipment, oversight of assessments for all classes, time management procedures, health and safety protocols and communications with customers with all relevant enquires.Served as a teacher for school swimming lessons which ensured that pupils received the compulsory swimming lessons at the Key Stage 2 level as part of the UK national curriculum requirements including the delivery of water safety within swimming lessons.Filed the assessment paperwork whilst teaching children in school swimming lessons which ensured that pupils met the UK national curriculum requirements for physical education at the conclusion of the academic school term.Oversaw the preparation, teaching and organisation for the intensive swimming lessons during holiday periods which introduced participants to swimming for the first time.Successfully taught participants with additional educational needs and utilised different practices in an individual lesson environment which helped support their athletic development.Ensured that all safeguarding requirements were met prior to commencement of lessons, throughout lessons and end of lessons which ensured that pupils were handed over to guardians in a timely manner.
