Postgraduate in BA (Hons) Business Management. Experience from a 12 month placement covering numerous areas in the management and running of a business including but not limited to; Human Resources, Sales, Project Management and Management Accounting. During this placement I had the opportunity to work in every aspect of the business starting from site based roles to different levels of management. After graduating I was invited into a full time position with the company that I completed my placement with. Similarly to the placement year my role is very diverse and challenging. I am responsible for the wages, purchasing and sales of a small department as well as the HR management of employees and the recruitment of new employees. This role allows me to build on every aspect of my qualification in a practical sense.
