I am volunteering with the Refugee Survival Trust where I befriend people who are seeking asylum in the UK and help them acclimatise to life in Glasgow while their claim is processed.

While studying at the University of Edinburgh I have worked for this hospitality agency. I have been employed to work at many high-profile events such as the Solheim Cup and The Queen's Garden Party at Holyrood Palace. I have been employed in a supervisor role most recently at an ice rink where along with maintaining safe ice conditions I managed our team and dealt with first aid situations as and when they arose.

Averaging at 3 weeks a year since 2016 I work with Help refugees and affiliated charities around the Calais and Dunkirk ports attempting to provide adequate food, clothing, bedding and shelter. My role changed depending on need but included warehouse stock management, leading 3 person distribution teams and coordinating which aid items to give with other teams and organisations.
