Developing and expanding Websites and Web-Based Applications used for Philadelphia Department of Water. Maintaining SQL data, ETL/FME processes, ArcGIS Pro Projects, custom JavaScript (React) widgets, and ESRI Portal allowing access to data for engineers and records departments. Updating Geometric Network to four separate Utility Networks to upgrade editors to ArcGIS Pro. Converting Legacy code from ArcGIS Desktop to ArcGIS Pro. Key Accomplishments: ● Created custom desktop ArcPy script to change all data sources in ArcGIS Desktop to update to new SQL Servers. ● Republish 70+ maps, feature layers, symbology, pop-ups to ESRI Portal by using ArcGIS Pro upgrading from ArcGIS Desktop.● Revamping 10 in-house legacy web-based applications using IIS and ASP.net. Debugging the legacy code and moving 3 applications to ESRIs new Workflow Manager.● New Server System migration to prepare for our GIS Server to upgrade from ArcGIS 10.6.1(production) and 10.8.1(developmental) to ArcGIS 10.9.1.● Recreate Several custom ArcGIS Desktop Add-ins from VB.Net to C#.Net using ArcGIS Pro SDK for .Net Applications.

Developing heat maps of sites by using high-resolution kriging data analyzed from GCMS to create quality georeferenced aerial maps of up to 50 different compounds. Creating and managing shipments of Passive Soil-Gas sampling kits that are used in Phase II investigations and scientific research purposes. Key Accomplishments: ● Created GIS apps using VBA (Microsoft Suites), VB (Golden Software), C# (parsing data), JavaScript (GIS/Web Dev), and ArcGIS (ArcPy). ● Set-up 600+ customized sampling kits and created shipping/return forms for over 35 states, 42 countries, across all 7 continents.● Upgraded GIS development, to incorporate CRS systems and satellite aerials for all maps. Created 1000+ sampling maps using site data to generate heat maps of 3 compounds or more per site. These heat maps have been featured in multiple studies and are used for impacted site remediation.● Developed from scratch and managed an Access Relational Database to keep records of all items and shipments from our warehouse.● Fully updated SOPs, instructions, and presentation of EPA method TO-17 and 8260C sampling kits.
