Project managed recladding the external envelope of a 7 and 8 storey block of apartments following the grenfell disaster. All seaward facing doors and windows were changed due to originally specified materials not fit for purpose and did not meet the performed criteria for a coastal development. Achieve an extended warranty with building control. Replaced and certified all fire stopping to communal compartments. Investigated and made good structural steel elements to reduce risk of structural collapse in the event of a fire. Coordinated CWCT water tests to the facade to ensure 100% performance achieved for residents peace of mind and to ensure no revisits following inclement weather.
