He specialises in understanding client processes and environments before creating and reviewing process definition documents and solution design documents. He also has a demonstrated understanding of the requirements for testing before Production, including managing defects during System Integration Testing and creating and validating test cases for User Acceptance Testing

Led the data reporting, management and analytics functions for a Federal Government program. Key tools used include VBA and Power BI.

Led the process analysis and RPA development of numerous processes for a Federal Government project. Development was performed in UiPath.

Led Machine Learning initiatives and projects in a Private Health Insurance space. Focus areas were on customer retention strategy and customer product movements. Key software used included DataRobot AutoML, SQL Server Management Studio, Yellowfin BI and R.

Performed development and hyper care for numerous robotic processes in Federal Government and created automated content management solutions in the Banking industry. Key software used included UiPath, Blue Prism and Relativity.Also worked across Federal Government on Cost Estimation, Process Automation, Risk Assessment, Data Reporting and Data Analytics. Key tools used were VBA and IBM Cognos Analytics.
