My responsibilities in this role consist primarily of writing and/or updating programs in C# .NET for use in assembly line manufacturing and batch builds. Typically referencing a database of information in SQL Server and sometimes referencing web APIs, the programs consist of displays to monitor progress and to preview what is coming next, as well as to drive the production process itself by validating the work being done is correct, and that the proper parts are in the proper place at the proper time.

During my tenure, I was Team Lead over two separate teams. The first team handles queries from SEO agencies about various products that our client (whom I am contractually obligated to keep anonymous) offers, and troubleshoots issues when things are not working as intended. The second team is the social media outreach and support team, who provides similar tech support, but over social media channels like Facebook and Twitter.I also handle executive, public relations, and legal escalations, as my team is considered one of the best.
